How accurate is the valuation?
It’s a real CMA-style range, not a single price. Adam pulls 3–5 recent comparable sales within your subdivision or radius, adjusts for square footage and condition, and gives you a low / likely / high band. Accuracy depends on how much data your specific submarket has — for unusual properties (acreage, custom builds, tear-downs), the range will be wider, and Adam will say so.
Will you call me?
Only if you ask us to in the form. The report comes by email. No drip campaigns, no nurture sequences, no aggressive follow-up. If you have questions after reading it, you reach out — not the other way around.
Do I have to list with you?
No. The valuation is free with no obligation. Plenty of people use it for refinance discussions, estate planning, divorce proceedings, or simply because they’re curious. If you do decide to list later, you’ll know our work. If you don’t, you’ve still got a real document.
What exactly do I get?
