A decade in the trades. Now, in your closing.
Buyers, investors, and builders across Collin, Dallas, and Denton County — represented by an agent whose foundation was built in the trades, not a licensing course.
Built before he was licensed.
Adam’s real estate foundation was built before he ever held a license — facilitating over 100 off-market transactions involving distressed properties, title challenges, and complex deal structures. That experience means straightforward deals close smoothly, and complicated ones don’t slow him down.
He serves buyers, investors, and builders across Collin and Dallas, and Denton County with one consistent priority: keeping more money in his clients’ pocket. Unlike agents locked into a traditional commission model, Adam structures his fees around the actual complexity and workload of each transaction — so clients pay for what their deal requires, not a flat percentage applied regardless of effort.
Before real estate, Adam spent nearly a decade in commercial elevator installation and has managed full renovation projects firsthand. That construction background adds real value when evaluating properties or preparing homes for market.
Approachable, transparent, and solutions-focused — Adam’s goal is simple: protect your interests, move things forward, and make sure the economics of the deal work in your favor.

Three things that are not negotiable.
i. The fee scales with the work.
The standard 6% commission was set in a world where every listing required a yard sign, an MLS entry, and a stack of paper flyers. Today, a desirable Plano home in a competitive submarket may close in seven days. A complex estate sale may take eight months. Charging the same fee for both is dishonest math. We scope the fee to the work — in writing, before signing. See the math.
ii. You work with Adam, not a junior.
Every offer, every counter, every contractor coordination — Adam personally. There is a hard ceiling on how many sellers and buyers he takes on at once. When we’re at capacity, we say so. The alternative — delegating to a junior associate while you think you’re working with the founder — is the one practice we won’t adopt.
iii. We can run cash and traditional in parallel.
Most sellers think it’s either/or. It’s not. We routinely pull a written cash-offer range to set a price floor, then list traditionally to test the ceiling. You compare two real numbers and pick. Start a cash offer.
