What we provide
Real estate brokerage services including listing, buyer representation, cash-offer facilitation, and home valuation analysis. Submission of a request does not create a representation agreement — representation begins only when both parties sign a written agreement.
What we don’t provide

6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good Public Group and LPT Realty, LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, including lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to the website is limited to $100. This does not limit any right or remedy that cannot be waived under Texas law.
7. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the website will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
